A geological cut in time

This project centers on the idea of revealing the hidden geologic history of Gas Works Park. It is built into and alongside the western face of the Kite Hill. A diagram of the layers which compose Kite Hill, beginning with glacial till, followed by industrial waste and capped with sawdust for remediation, are revealed by plexiglass.
