A place for everyone

This design charrette uses the lens of an intertidal zone to create a mixing zone of ecology and culture. An analysis of nearby viewsheds, vegetation, and current uses informed the street design & connections. It culminates in an intertidal park at the shoreline, which subtly references maritime and indigenous history.
